Which jobs should you hand to AI first?
Most owners hear "use AI" and have no idea where to start, so they try something random and give up. This asks how your week actually goes, then points at the three jobs where AI is most likely to give you time back, with a message you can paste in to get going. Everything happens on this page, and nothing you type into these questions is sent anywhere.
For each job, pick how much time it costs you. Leave a job alone if it is not a problem. There is no wrong answer.
Your list
This updates as you answer. Nothing here leaves your browser.
What to do with it
Pick the first job on your list. Copy its message, open Claude or ChatGPT, and paste it in. It will ask you a few questions before it writes anything. Answer them, then read what it gives you before you use it.
Do one job at a time. When the first one is saving you time, move to the second.
If your list is mostly one person's job
If most of these jobs land on the same person in your office, that seat may be worth building around. That is what a Role Build does: I map every task in the seat, build the ones AI and automation can run, and keep them running every month. It is for small businesses, and it starts with a free 30-minute fit call.
Why this order
Each job is ranked by how many hours it costs you times how much of that work AI can really take over. Repetitive writing ranks high, because AI is quick at it and you can check it in seconds. Anything involving money ranks lower, because you should read every number yourself.
The time saved is an estimate built from your own answers. Treat it as a guide to where to start, not a promise.
