Get back the hours one office seat spends copying and chasing.
I map every task in the seat, build the ones AI and automation can run, and keep them running every month. The work that needs a person stays with your person, and every account it runs on is yours.
Pick a time on Calendly, on video or by phone. You leave knowing whether a diagnostic is worth your money.
Diagnostic $2,500, credited to the build. Builds $20,000 a seat, flat, live within 30 days. Monthly from $1,500.
One office seat costs about $79,600 a year.
Private-sector office and administrative support work costs an employer $38.27 an hour in wages and benefits, per the Bureau of Labor Statistics for June 2026. Over a 2,080-hour year, that is about $79,600. Every hour that seat spends retyping, copying between systems or chasing a reply costs you about $38.
The diagnostic measures those hours in your seat, with your own payroll, and prices the build against them before you commit to it.
You see the numbers before you pay for the build.

Free, 30 minutes
Fit call
You walk me through one job the seat does. I tell you straight whether a diagnostic is worth doing, and if it is not, we stop there.
-
$2,500, about two weeks
Diagnostic
I interview the person in the seat and time every task. A read-only account shows me how your tools are set up and where your data lives, never the data itself. Then you get a written report naming what the build covers. Sign within 90 days of the readout and the full $2,500 comes off the build.

$20,000 a seat, live in 30 days
Build
Half at signing, half at go-live. Live within 30 days. Close support for the first 60 days after go-live is included in the price. Pay the whole build up front, before the diagnostic, and I map a second seat for free.

From $1,500 a month
Keep it running
Starts when the included support ends. Labor only, no minimum term. Either of us can end it with 30 days' written notice.
The busywork is already handled in my business.
Every office has the same pile: the callback that goes out late, the quote nobody followed up on, the same details typed into three systems. In my business, AI and automation work through that pile every day, and I only step in when it needs a person's judgment.
That's what a Role Build gives you. Your people stop spending their day on the pile and spend it on customers, decisions and the work you hired them for. When someone leaves, the process stays, because it was never living in their head.
What owners ask first
-
What happens when something breaks?
I fix it. The monthly watches every workflow and repairs it when a tool or model changes, with no cap on repairs at any tier. The first 60 days after go-live are covered by the build price.
-
Do I give up control of my systems or data?
No. Every account the build runs on is opened in your name and paid on your card, and my fees are labor only. I never ask for the password to your main account. If we stop working together, every account and every workflow stays with you and keeps running.
-
How do I know it's worth $20,000?
You find out for $2,500 first. The diagnostic prices the seat from your own payroll, times every task, and ends in a written plan you can say no to. Say yes within 90 days of the readout and the $2,500 comes off the build.
